If your a woman looking for a contractor, I've got a contractor for you. David has been amazing in answering all our questions. Not once has made me or my mom felt talk down too or disrespected. The first room is our postage stamp sized bathroom. His crew has been very professional and amazing in completing it. I’ve had the pleasure of working with DLR and owner David Riviera for an extensive renovation of my home. He renovated about 60% of my home and I’m very pleased with all he has done. Kitchen ,living , complete 2nd floor gut and redo including 2nd primary, bathroom, and additional room, deck, and utility room. As with any project, there were things that didn’t go exactly as expected, but David was very committed to resolution, and made the experience the best possible. I will continue to use DLR throughout my home renovation needs moving forward as well. The work was high quality and done in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. We were so lucky to have found David. We called many other contractors who were a disappointment. Someone recommended David too us and we were so pleased with his work. David is knowledgable and responsive and does amazing work. Finding a contractor that even just RESPONDS is impossible in the Reno area.
